The Tenderloin Investment Partnership is a neighborhood revitalization model built on shared accountability among anchor institutions. This discussion examines how UC Law San Francisco, the Tenderloin Community Benefits District, the Tenderloin Museum, and the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco have aligned capital and programming to strengthen families, support small businesses, and reinforce trust in one of San Francisco’s most historically marginalized neighborhoods. Speakers will share transformative, shovel-ready projects they’ve undertaken and discuss how cities can move beyond fragmented approaches to reinvestment, how to reinforce equity through capital strategy, and how long-term community resilience is built when anchor institutions commit to a neighborhood.
Speakers:
Kunal Modi / Chief of Health & Human Service, City & County of San Francisco,
Rob Connolly / President, Boys & Girls Club SF
Katie Conry / Executive Director, Tenderloin Museum
Kate Robinson / Executive Director, Tenderloin Community Benefits District
Rhiannon Bailard / Chief Operating Officer, UC Law SF
